Colorado Concrete Inc. is a full service flat-work contractor that began doing business July 2013. The business is formed and operated by Esteban Prieto and Kimberly Wasiczko.  Both directors have been in concrete flat-work with a combined experience of 35 years in residential, commercial and municipal capacities. 

 

Esteban’s prior work history has been hands on in the field.  He started as a form setter and quickly moved to foreman managing his own project.  He also worked for the union with a general contractor.  At his last job we was supervised 36 men, 12 residential communities, and poured 120 yards a day.

 

Kimberly’s has a degree in Business Management and Accounting.  With her past employer she was able to learn first-hand all aspects of the business and was a key employee to its management and success.  Kimberly has solid experience in bidding, scheduling, customer relations, and financial management.

 

Together we make a great partnership.  We have the skills and experience needed both the office and field to be a successful team.

 

We are a new company but by no means new to this type of work or the industry.  We both have a love and passion for what we do, and our goal is to always make our customers #1.
